These Services Terms apply to advisory, consultation, training, speaking, and related engagements offered through this website by Sheikh M. Abdullah.
They supplement the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Pricing is described in Pricing & Disclaimers.
Scope of services
Engagement catalog (/engagement)
Structured services booked via the main engagement flow (may include Stripe Checkout):

Channel portal consultations (/go/*)
Each distribution channel may offer up to three consultation tiers (discovery, executive, design & compliance review). Prices vary by platform pricing band — see the live tables on Pricing & Disclaimers. Webinar portals use two tiers only.
Portal tier labels and prices are indicative; scheduling is typically via Calendly. Payment may occur on Calendly, by invoice, or as otherwise agreed — not via the engagement Stripe flow unless explicitly stated.
Speaking and media
Speaking and media enquiries via Contact or published CTAs are subject to separate confirmation.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend sessions on time, and supply materials reasonably requested in advance (e.g. for design or compliance reviews).
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share in good faith as confidential within normal professional bounds, unless disclosure is required by law or you consent in writing.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials
- Deliverables created specifically for you may be licensed or assigned as stated in a statement of work
- We may use general know-how and non-confidential methodologies across engagements
Cancellations and rescheduling
Rescheduling follows Calendly rules for scheduled calls. Paid engagement bookings may include a checkout hold period — see checkout messaging on /engagement. Refund eligibility is case-by-case and as stated at purchase.
No outcome guarantee
Consultation and advisory services provide professional judgment and guidance; we do not guarantee specific regulatory approvals, funding, commercial outcomes, or project success.
Engineering and regulatory disclaimer
Content and sessions discuss floating infrastructure, offshore engineering, and related topics for general professional discussion only. Nothing on the Site or in sessions constitutes approval by DNV, BV, ABS, Lloyd's Register, or any classification society or regulator unless explicitly stated in a signed deliverable. You must engage qualified specialists for statutory compliance.
Limitation of liability
Liability for paid services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.
Order of precedence
In case of conflict:
- Signed statement of work or engagement letter (if any)
- Confirmed booking (Stripe receipt or Calendly confirmation)
- These Services Terms
- Marketing copy on the Site or portal pages
